SAW Sign and Wonders | Apr 16, a reading from Jesus calling 365 day devotional

Speaker 1:

Good morning, everyone. My name is Julian. Welcome to my podcast, and this is saw signs and wonders. You guys are gonna be in for a treat today because I actually have a side and a wonder. Can't be explained.

Speaker 1:

This was it was all him. You know? I just I'm gonna try to keep it to the ten minutes. I'll go do this, and then we'll read out of the the book. But before we do that, I wanted to see if you guys are into this.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. You know? It's okay. But I think that every time that we do this with this book, with this Jesus Calling book, that we need to say a prayer. You know?

Speaker 1:

The the most common prayer to say is the Lord's prayer. So you don't have to, like, bow your heads or anything. Just listen. God knows that you're at work at a station somewhere. A lot Amazonians listen to my podcast, so I know you guys are working, stowing, picking, and packing, whatever.

Speaker 1:

Just listen listen to it. Lord's Prayer. Our father in heaven. Our father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. The kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Speaker 1:

Give us day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For for thy is the kingdom, the power, and glory forever and ever. Amen. That's the prayer.

Speaker 1:

It's it's nice in English. I like it better in Romanian. Anyway, today is April 16. So hope you guys are having a good day. Hope you guys had breakfast and had a chance to to relax and enjoy your morning before you get to work.

Speaker 1:

If you guys are already at work right now, congratulations. You made it. Enjoy your day. If you guys started with if you get started with this podcast and then, prayer, you know, and then head out head out, you guys are done doing a a plus job. That means you guys are starting right with God every morning.

Speaker 1:

And that's what you do. You start with him every every morning. It's it just puts you in a good mood. You know, don't turn on the TV. Don't turn on the news.

Speaker 1:

All it is is just people shooting each other. I tried to do the same day. Right? I just I just wanna turn around and be like, killing here. Killing there.

Speaker 1:

Trump here. Trump there. Man, so much bad news. You know? So much bad news.

Speaker 1:

It just fills your it's just it's like it just it affects your soul, man. It affects the way you you you you act. You know? All bad news. You go to work.

Speaker 1:

You're like, you know, man, that was a killing in my in my in my neighborhood the other day. I just heard saw the news, man. I was so sad. I put you in a bad mood. So, you know, that stuff has has its place in time.

Speaker 1:

In the morning, it does not. Not in the morning. That's not what you wanna watch in the morning. It's not what you wanna ingest in the morning. It's not what you wanna fuel your soul within the morning.

Speaker 1:

You wanna fuel your soul with something good, like you're reading from this book, you know, with the Lord's Prayer. You know? Maybe you get if you wanna sing a couple of songs. You know? Oh, by way, also, I'm going to recommend two songs every single morning to you guys.

Speaker 1:

Yesterday, I recommended Beautiful Things, and I believe another one. I forgot what it was called. But they're both so it's just beautiful. Beautiful Things reminds me of Gina and Mariana. So when I entered this relationship, Gina came with a kid, her name was Mariana.

Speaker 1:

So I called them my beautiful things, and then the song automatically connects that, those two. So I'll recommend two songs for you guys. Maybe one in Romanian, one in English, whatever, you know, because I know there's people out there that love to listen to music. Love music. Music is my life.

Speaker 1:

I love to sing. I love to to sing in church. I love music. It's just man, it's just I can't get enough of it. You know?

Speaker 1:

I have a car. It has no stereo. I'm wearing these headphones on my head, like, sixteen hours a day, maybe more. You know? At work, we're like we were like, you listen to music all day long.

Speaker 1:

Yes. All day long. Music moves you. Music touches you. It's your soul.

Speaker 1:

It's so, so cool. My my fiance, she has YouTube music. I had Apple Music. But for some reason, the algorithm in YouTube far surpasses anything I ever heard. You put on one song, and it's like it's like, that's the kind of genre.

Speaker 1:

She just keeps adding, adding, adding. And at times, at times, a song is thrown in there out of the blue. I'm like, what is going on? What is happening? The other day being me and Jino were fighting.

Speaker 1:

I listen mostly to Romanian song, but this one song jumped to my feet out of nowhere. Unexplainable. And it was Jesus. I was at the the name of Jesus. K?

Speaker 1:

The name of Jesus. That song is so powerful. I forget the person who sings it, but it is you're be looking up, but it is so it's a good song. I recommend that to anyone who is looking to basically listen to an awesome Christian song. In the name of Jesus, it is by Kathy Nicole.

Speaker 1:

Just later. She got covered. Okay? The song is fantastic. I can't play it or YouTube will kick me off.

Speaker 1:

I would love to be able play a part of a clip, but I cannot. They will monetize me, and they will ban me from YouTube for using copyrighted material. So Canada. That song there is fantastic. Now let me tell you guys about what happened to me because I have on my six minutes already, so I told you I was ten minute episode.

Speaker 1:

So I started podcasting. I wanted to do this. Okay? This is, like, something that I wanna do because I talk so much. Was like, what better things if we can do than to just move my mouth on camera, tell people what happened to me.

Speaker 1:

This is saw signs and wonders. So this thing happened to me. Okay? I look at the Internet for for a app to do the podcast with, and I run over a couple of videos to say podcast. Podcast.

Speaker 1:

Podcast. Now me not knowing anything, I pull my credit card out, let's get podcast. I record my first video podcast. I brush it, stroke it. I I make it look so nice.

Speaker 1:

My voice sounds fantastic because it has an AI tool that transform my voice. So it's not like It's like you know? So it's easier for the ears to listen to. K? They have they have magic dust to put this on your beside your video, and it does really sort of cool AI tools.

Speaker 1:

It's fantastic. But what it does not do is it does not distribute anything anywhere. So I record my first video, brushed it, left it there. I I can't distribute it. Second video, it could be, like, twenty five minutes.

Speaker 1:

It was horrible. It was a long time. I thought it was a mess up so many times. And I could edit my mess ups at the end, but I didn't want to. I just wanted to take I wanna start and just wanna keep going and going and going and going and going.

Speaker 1:

I think we're run over ten minutes, by the way, just so you know. I'm I'm sorry for that. If I don't, I'm gonna leave some stuff out. Because then I record my second video, twenty five minutes. I upload it, and it stops at 80%.

Speaker 1:

Like, come on, man. Get going. 80%. Eighty %. Eighty %.

Speaker 1:

Turn the app off. Turn the app back on. 80%. Eighty %. Eighty %.

Speaker 1:

Then turn the whole phone off, turn it back on. Again, 80%. All night, 80%. All day, eighty %. My leave to work is still 80%.

Speaker 1:

I'm like, what am I gonna do here? This episode is going to be lost. Wait. Wait. Wait.

Speaker 1:

It is lost now. I don't know where it's at. It's lost. Now I have to remake it, which is fine, because I thought of some ideas how to make it even better, which is really cool. And my next episode is going to be about my drug use from 19 years old till present, where I've gone, where I've done, and how God has never left me.

Speaker 1:

It's always followed me. It's always walked next to me. That's what I'm supposed to be. It's gonna be a blast. I cannot wait to put that episode together again.

Speaker 1:

So I'm 8080% on it. I'm on my way to work, man. I am so angry. If you don't, I I read the book. I'm praying.

Speaker 1:

I'm praying. And I I am I am I am singing, and I am ready to go to work. I'm in a good mood, but I'm upset over my phone, like, come on. 80%. Eighty %.

Speaker 1:

So I get in my car and open YouTube. Now I did not put anything in the the search bar. K? I just opened YouTube, and the first video on there is this girl talking about a an app that she can put a podcast episode upon up online in less than 35 clicks. Got me going.

Speaker 1:

I'm like, what? No way. I'm like, oh, this is what I'm waiting for. This is it. This is it.

Speaker 1:

This is it. This is the app I want. This is the app I want. There's no other app. This is the app I want.

Speaker 1:

So I'm like, I go home, and I can't wait to go home. I go I run to my computer. Bam. I download it. Riverside.fm.

Speaker 1:

Beautiful app. Everything's so easy to use. It's fantastic, man. If you guys ever decide to start a podcast, I'll definitely watch it. Let me know.

Speaker 1:

But it was so, so beautiful. Not only that, but RiversideFM.FM has a button after you're done with your everything. If you if you polished everything up and then you're ready to go one button to Transistor. Transistor is a website that distributes your content to others other places. I mean, I'm talking about other places.

Speaker 1:

A lot of places. I'm gonna talk about YouTube, Apple, Spotify, so many. I can't remember. Can't remember them all, but they give you a list of every single one where your episode's gonna be at. And then it says click here to view view your episode in in this in this space, or click here to view your episode on the site.

Speaker 1:

They also should make us a website too. They can, you know, put it there. But, man, it was beautiful. Like, I was gonna say my prayer was answered, but I didn't pray for this. This was just given to me by by the holy spirit.

Speaker 1:

I didn't ask for it. I just got my card. I was frustrated, and there it was, the first video. And I gotta find it again because I wanna thank that girl for for for making that video. Should I make that video, probably would have been at top of the list, but I found this app, and it was beautiful.

Speaker 1:

The app works flawlessly. Without a doubt, it is the best app that I've ever used. I don't think I'm I'm gonna give it up. You know? They they can't be they can't be any better than this transit Transistor along with Riverside dot f m is possibly the best AI tools that you can use to make your episodes.

Speaker 1:

They're wonderful. So thank you, Transistor. Thank you, Riverside FM. You guys are awesome. They don't pay me to say that.

Speaker 1:

I just love their tools, love their site, and love their app to let me use on my computer to work with. K? So, again, I thank you guys. This here is the book, the book I do every morning. K.

Speaker 1:

This would be April 16. The start. I am calling you to life of thankfulness. I want all your moments to be pun punctuated with thanksgiving. The basis for your gratitude is my sovereignty.

Speaker 1:

I am the creator and controller of the universe. Heaven and earth are filled with my glorious presence. When you criticize or complain, you are acting as if you think you could run the whole thing better than I do from your limited human perspective if you may look as if I'm mismanaging things, but you don't know what I know or you see what I see. If I pull back the curtain to allow you to view heavenly realms, you would understand much more. However, I have decided you to live by faith, not by sight.

Speaker 1:

I lovingly shield you from knowing the future or seeing into the spirit world. Acknowledge my sovereignty by giving thanks to all circumstances. See, that's cool. We are people driven by faith and not by sight. Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And I know it was it's word that he says that right. Says that right because because the the miracles that happened are by sight for me. I see them happening. They can't be explained. How did I open my phone?

Speaker 1:

And all of sudden, the the exact thing I was looking for is there. The exact website I knew was there. The website is even one that I can easily work with, one that I can understand because I'm not that smart. But this one was easy. This was, like, point point point blank easy.

Speaker 1:

It was wonderful. I thank you guys for for for there's also three little verses here from the bible. K? And they were calling to one another. Holy holy holy is lord almighty.

Speaker 1:

The whole earth is full of his glory. Isaiah chapter six verse three. We live by faith, not by sight. Second Corinthians chapter five verse seven. Give thanks to all services for this is God will for you in Christ Jesus.

Speaker 1:

I don't know how to say that word. But chapter five verse 18. I'll figure out how to say that, but it's weird. I can't anyway, guys, if you haven't ordered one of these yet, grab yourself one. It's wonderful to have.

Speaker 1:

I knew somebody that couldn't afford one, so I'd give them one. It's at $30 on Amazon. It comes overnight. If you ever wanna buy one, buy one. Keep coming back here.

Speaker 1:

We'll I will keep bringing out this every single day. It's something that I'm gonna be dedicated to without a doubt. It's already fifteen minutes away. So without a doubt, please subscribe, press the like button, and do share this if you like, hear this. I think guests coming in.

Speaker 1:

Have a wonderful day, and, don't work too hard, but then because you don't they don't pay you to work harder. It's like, like, yep. This is the this the thing. Right? People these are people are, like, you know, they work really hard.

Speaker 1:

They, like, run those numbers up to, 4,000 in stone or 5,000 in stone. Yep. That's okay to do that. Some people are like, ugh, I would love, you know, to be that high. You know, I can't get that high.

Speaker 1:

Mean, like, 3,000 probably, but still, you know, do what you feel comfortable doing. They pay you to to do a certain rate, and that's all they do expect you to do. They're not expecting you to go 3,000, 4 thousand. Just come in, Get your rate done. Get out.

Speaker 1:

Get out with your life. You got birthdays to do. Have a good one.
